Membership Application


To become a member of S.A.W you must complete and submit the form below.

Membership fee is $150.00/month. There are two payment options available. Option 1: An automatic draft from your bank account that we will initiate. This option involves filling out a form from the bank showing exactly how much would be withdrawn on a chosen date each month. Option 2: Payment by major credit card. (There will be a service charge if option 2 is selected.) There is no contract; your membership is on a month to month basis. We ask for 25 days notice if you choose to leave the group. This gives us time to stop your automatic payment and find a replacement for you in the group.

Members are allowed one absence per year. If your usual representative will not be able to attend you may send another spokesperson from your business, a representative from your company must be present. It is very important to keep attendance high for Subcontractors At Work to be effective and for all members to get value from the meetings.
